Fear of Driving

As the roads seem forever busier with horror stories of accidents, road rage and traffic jams, it's no wonder driving has become more of a chore and less of a pleasure. For some of us, though, the thought of that chore instills feelings of stress, anxiety and panic, so much so that we avoid cars or driving or even learning to drive.
