My psoriasis was cured and I lost 35kg...
When stressed out CEO David Christopher finally hit 'the wall', he was forced to confront the fact that his lifestyle was having a detrimental impact on his health and emotional well-being. He was suffering from a serious psoriasis flare up, which meant that most of his body was covered in angry red plaques and this was affecting his self-esteem. Alone, in his hotel room in Dubai, he experienced his first panic attack and didn't know what to do or where to turn for help. After making a desperate call to his wife back in the UK, she put in a call to my office in the hope that I might be able to help.
From our very first meeting I could tell that David's lifestyle was completely unbalanced. When he was away from home, which was frequent, his diet was poor and consisted of a combination of junk food and rich restaurant meals and he was significantly overweight. But I knew this wasn't the only issue. He had been ignoring his high levels of internal stress, which was externally visible in his skin condition. Being a successful business man, I decided the best approach to help him was to make changing his lifestyle like solving an issue in business - a project if you like.
Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, together we successfully achieved what David thought was the impossible. His psoriasis began to clear up and eventually disappeared altogether and his weight reduced by a massive 35kg. I'm so pleased we've stayed in touch, because I derive an immense feeling of pleasure whenever we meet up in Dubai. David is a different guy to the broken man I met when he was at his lowest point. He eats healthily, keeps fit and he values quality time with his family and friends above anything else. He's now achieved the kind of balance in his life that ironically means he's more focussed in business, because he knows how to work smart. He was kind enough to send me this message recently...

The couple of extra top-up sessions we had in Dubai have given me new motivation not only to maintain my healthy lifestyle but get even fitter!
